Our People

Kaela Stambor, LCSW she/her

With over 15 years of experience in outpatient, inpatient, community, and private practice settings, I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, stress management, and major life changes. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Client-Centered Therapy to create a personalized treatment plan that empowers you to achieve your goals and create lasting change.

Becoming a therapist has been a lifelong journey. Inspired by my own positive experience with a family therapist, I’ve always been drawn to helping others navigate their struggles. This experience solidified my passion for therapy and supporting individuals through life’s challenges.

I am dedicated to helping clients build coping skills, process past experiences, and develop strategies for a healthier future. Together, we’ll work towards sustainable change, whether you’re facing depression, anxiety, trauma, or major life transitions. Let’s explore if we’re the right fit—reach out today!

Paige Reinstein, APCC they/them

Are you looking for an ADHD, autism-affirming, or LGBTQ+ therapist for your teen or young adult? I work with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ teens and young adults who may be struggling with school refusal, burnout, low motivation, anxiety, self-esteem, or simply feeling disconnected from traditional therapy. My approach is warm, creative, and affirming, especially for young people who haven’t felt understood by therapists in the past.

I provide individual, family, and relationship therapy for autistic and ADHD teens and young adults throughout California. I commonly work with school avoidance, executive functioning challenges, identity development, self-esteem, family conflict, big emotions, anxiety, and relationship stress.

Therapy doesn’t have to look or feel a certain way. I like to meet clients where they are and find what actually works for them. That might mean talking things through, using creativity, making music, telling stories, or even getting outside for a walk.

I offer virtual therapy throughout California and walk-and-talk sessions in Los Angeles and Long Beach.

Bailey Godber, LMFT she/her

First and foremost, I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, but I’m also a mom, daughter, sister, friend, coffee lover, and someone who truly believes in the power of therapy.

My own experiences with therapy have shaped the therapist I am today. I know how hard it can be to ask for help and open up about things that feel personal or difficult, and I want my clients to feel comfortable being themselves from the very beginning.

I specialize in working with pregnant and postpartum moms. Becoming a mom can be an amazing experience, but it can also come with anxiety, overwhelm, changes in your identity, relationship challenges, and a lot of pressure to have it all together. Whether you're struggling during pregnancy, adjusting to life with a new baby, or just not feeling like yourself, you don't have to navigate it alone.

My goal is to make therapy feel approachable, supportive, and judgment-free. I’m here to listen, help you understand what you’re going through, build coping skills, and remind you of the strengths you already have. Most importantly, I want you to feel heard, understood, and supported throughout the process.

Are you seeking support for overwhelming anxiety, grief, or trauma? If persistent worries, intrusive thoughts, or past experiences hinder the life you desire, you're not alone. My practice offers a safe, compassionate space to help you reclaim well-being, build resilience and move towards a more fulfilling life.

I provide tailored support using evidence-based therapies, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful tool for processing and integrating traumatic memories and reducing the intensity of anxiety. My focus is on empowering you to rediscover your inner strength and develop effective coping strategies for lasting positive change.

I offer an empathetic and understanding approach, recognizing the courage it takes to seek support. Let's work together to build the fulfilling life you deserve.

She/Her

Everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood. My approach is warm, compassionate, and supportive, with a focus on creating a safe space where clients can be authentic and feel genuinely supported. I work with individuals facing a range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and feeling overwhelmed or stuck. I tailor therapy to each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals, drawing on clinical knowledge and evidence-based approaches to support insight, healing, and meaningful, lasting change.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. With EMDR training, I support clients in gently processing difficult experiences while building a stronger sense of safety and self-understanding. I also integrate CBT, Person-Centered, Gestalt, and Narrative approaches to create therapy that feels personal and meaningful to you.

Whether you’re navigating trauma, feeling overwhelmed, working through relationship challenges, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, I’m here to support you. If you feel we may be a good fit, I’d love to connect and learn more about what brings you to therapy. Taking the first step can be the beginning of meaningful change.
